The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as a Senior People Partner within our People team. As an individual contributor, you will support Remote through its growth, lead employee relations conversations, coach leadership, and contribute to resource and program development for employee enablement.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a People team, supporting a global organization as a People Partner.
• Experience in tech start-ups and hyper-growth environments is a plus but not required.
• Commitment to embody Remote's values within the team and organization.
• Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential materials.
• Ability to solve complex problems, identify root causes, and seek advice when needed.
• Support and influence across departments, demonstrating patience and empathy.
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner, enable, and coach leadership throughout the organization.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively and kindly.
• Develop initiatives, resources, and strategies to support organizational growth.
• Advocate for and serve as a resource for Remote employees.
• Collaborate globally to foster a vibrant workplace.
• Partner with leaders on topics like organizational design, performance management, and leadership development.
• Act as an escalation point for People issues.
• Work with other departments on People initiatives, ensuring alignment with Remote’s vision.
• Manage global offboarding processes in collaboration with Legal.
• Mentor team members and identify organizational trends and gaps.
• Analyze data to inform strategy and programs.
• Exhibit a growth mindset and emotional intelligence.
• Contribute to Remote's Handbook as an ambassador.

Compensation & Benefits
