Job Description: HR Business Partner (EMEA)

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our EMEA HR Team. This position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the regional people plan and coordinating people services across various business functions in EMEA. The HR Business Partner will provide expert advice and coaching to key leaders to support their business objectives.

Working location: London or Dublin, Ireland - Okta operates a flexible hybrid working policy.

What you’ll be doing

1. Develop and implement strategic people plans to enable business success in areas such as talent management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
2. Provide advice and solutions to business leaders on all people-related aspects of their business, from operational to strategic issues.
3. Coach managers on day-to-day needs and the execution of key people processes.
4. Lead talent management initiatives to ensure the future readiness of our workforce with the right capabilities at both individual contributor and managerial levels.
5. Collaborate with global Centres of Excellence to design and deliver effective programs and policies.
6. Use data to track progress and proactively recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
