As a core strategic role within the Talent Systems & Strategy team, the People Intelligence, Engagement & PBP Partner transforms lifecycle data into organizational foresight. This role is the integrating node where signals from across the employee lifecycle are gathered, synthesized, and transformed into strategic experiments and interventions. It is responsible for spotting trends, testing hypotheses, and translating insight into intelligent action that drives talent decisions.
