I'm seeking a CRM Manager to join the largest mental health charity in Hampshire as they launch their new CRM system. They are part of a network of 125 local charities affiliated with a national mental health organization. The charity has its own Board of Trustees and raises its own funds to deliver tailored services, support, and training. They have received a Gold award for Workplace Wellbeing and are committed to being a Mindful Employer
This role is crucial in ensuring the organization maximises the opportunities this new system will bring. You will provide effective technical leadership and day-to-day management of the CRM and digital systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the charity, service users, staff, and funders.
Key responsibilities include managing and implementing changes within the primary CRM and other CRMs, identifying and addressing training needs, mapping internal processes, and maintaining data integrity and security.
You should be skilled in managing databases and importing/exporting data, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational and time management skills. You must be able to work under pressure and have excellent CRM and digital system knowledge, along with strong IT and digital skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to motivate colleagues and drive change, being self-reflective and adaptable. A passion for making a meaningful contribution to the charity's work is essential. Experience with mental health challenges or a strong belief in the charity's mission is highly valued.
