Job Title: CRM Manager

Our industry-leading client is seeking a CRM Manager to join their well-established team. This role offers a salary of up to £55,000, with the opportunity to work from home five days a week and significant room for progression. It is an ideal opportunity for a CRM Executive looking to advance their career without managing direct reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer email campaigns.
2. Enhance the current email strategy by improving personalization and automation.
3. Collaborate with the in-house content team and creative media agency to develop assets and email content.
4. Build, brief, proof, test, and commission campaigns within the email platform.
5. Conduct regular A/B testing and review sales reports and email analytics to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• CRM experience, ideally with Hubspot (not essential).
• Experience with CRM ESPs, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent attention to detail, high accuracy, proofreading skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with quality.
