Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Car Sales Executive to join our MG Dealership in Solihull.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team ahead of our new dealership opening in June / July 2025. MG is one of the fastest growing automotive brands, with an extensive list of new models lined up for release. The successful candidate will be part of this exciting journey.
You will work Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week, and Sundays on a rota basis. You will get one Saturday off per month to enjoy a full weekend off. Hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £60,000.
Role and Responsibilities
You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet inquiries.
Maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
Ensure compliance with FCA and data protection regulations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the quality of the customer database.
About you
This role may suit someone with experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
You should demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Able to quickly establish rapport with customers.
Potential to build a successful career in the industry.
Hold a valid UK driver’s license.
Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
