Business Development Manager – Established BEER brand – Kent & South East – Up to £50,000 plus Car Allowance

I am excited to partner again with an established BEER brand operating across the South and London. With over 10 years in the industry, this coastal brand boasts a strong product range, regular NPD launches, and placements in well-known venues.

The ideal Business Development Manager will be self-sufficient and capable of driving new business growth across Kent and the South East. Responsibilities include leading the On Trade presence, managing P&L, and promoting the product range.

This role is perfect for ambitious, confident individuals experienced in the On Trade sector in Kent & South East.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and maintain existing accounts, primarily in Kent & South East On Trade.
  • Support UK-wide leased and managed customers through targeted activities.
  • Provide brand education and training to suppliers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Select and develop customers effectively.
  • Identify sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on customer opportunities and competitor threats.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in the drinks industry.
  • Established network within the Drinks Industry.
  • Proactive, resilient, and eager to progress.
  • Extensive experience in winning new business in the On Trade sector.
  • Experience in the beer and brewing industry is desirable.
  • Results-driven with strong communication and teamwork skills.
