Role Summary

The company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis. Based in Lancashire with site travel, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in the development of procurement programmes
2. Managing the selection of sub-contractors
3. Overseeing site personnel, work activities, and resources to meet contract requirements
4. Developing and monitoring programmes to ensure timely contract delivery
5. Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Welfare standards
6. Managing site safety awareness for personnel and visitors
7. Identifying site hazards and implementing risk assessments and controls
8. Monitoring staff performance through regular appraisals and reviews
9. Addressing individual training and development needs
10. Maintaining trust and support among reporting personnel
11. Supporting staff with performance issues
12. Managing procedures related to Recruitment, Discipline, and Grievance
