Job Description

Our Site Manager seeks to recruit an experienced and reliable Customer Services Advisor to strengthen our friendly customer service team, which prioritizes customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will assist internal and external customers regarding parcel collection or delivery.

You will collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of resolving these issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering queries related to delivery status and providing Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Investigating missing parcels and resolving delivery disputes
• Promoting company products and services to new and existing customers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to quickly build rapport
• Politeness and professionalism at all times, with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivation and initiative for effective problem-solving
