Head of Business Applications with experience in driving operational excellence in delivery and supporting the growth of the team is required for a permanent, remote role (with occasional on-site visits).

The business operates in the Microsoft Data and AI space, so experience working with D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platforms is essential.

Head of Business Applications Requirements

• Management experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consultants, including team development and growth.
• Championing the use of AI to streamline processes and automate tasks across the business.
• Client-facing skills to understand requirements and technical specifications.
• Applying expertise in Power Platform to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conducting technical assessments.
• Previous experience as a D365 Solution Architect.
• Proven track record of implementing Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Dynamics Customer Insights.
• Experience with consultancy business processes.
