Head of Business Applications with experience in driving operational excellence in delivery and supporting growth of the team required for a permanent role. The position is remote, with occasional on-site visits a few times a month. The business specializes in the Microsoft Data and AI space, so experience with D365 CE and Power Platforms is essential.

Requirements for Head of Business Applications

• Management experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Consultants, including team growth and development.
• Championing AI adoption across the business to streamline processes and automation.
• Client-facing skills to understand requirements and technical specifications.
• Utilize your expertise in Power Platform to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct technical assessments.
• Previous experience as a D365 Solution Architect.
• Proven track record of implementing Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Dynamics Customer Insights.
• Experience with consultancy business processes.
