SALARY: £30,000 Basic (£60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)

Realistic OTE £90,000 (totally uncapped) Top Earners in excess of £100K

The COMPANY

Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations all over the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, with highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to attend pre-arranged B2B appointments.

The ROLE

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment booker, who provides on average 15 qualified appointments a week, to sell the client's range of services mainly to SMEs.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  1. Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner in a defined area.
  2. Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a tailored solution.
  3. Self-generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  4. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward environment.
CANDIDATE

The client is looking for a strong Field Sales Consultant with:

  • B2B field sales experience.
  • Understanding of a consultative sales process.
  • Confidence in value-based selling.
  • Experience selling to SMEs.
  • Good closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and high organization.
