Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA, Secretary, or EA to work closely with the COO as her Executive Assistant.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Managing administrative tasks such as diary management, email handling, document preparation, and e-filing.
  2. Attending meetings to take minutes and notes, providing administrative support.
  3. Handling incoming communications and follow-up.
  4. Supporting COO’s reports with document updates, policies, and setting up meetings.
  5. Acting as a liaison with stakeholders and greeting visitors.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company-specific systems like SkyVisitor and Momentus Enterprise.

If you are proactive, enthusiastic, and experienced in administrative roles, this role offers a chance to support the COO in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, discreet, professional, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with skills in diary management, presentation creation, spreadsheet management, email handling, and meeting support.
