An experienced and well-informed individual is invited to organize the heavy schedule of the MD of a property management and development company and review the various pieces of information that come to him daily. The MD is looking to delegate responsibilities, so the right candidate will take on an advisory and active role to carry out tasks in coordination with other staff to run the business effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and computer skills, with proven experience in administrative and legal fields. Prior experience in a similar role is essential. A key attribute for this role is a willingness to engage with the detailed aspects of the business, enabling the MD to delegate responsibilities while providing training and supervision during the transition period.
Although not essential, as this is a remote-first role, it would be advantageous if the candidate resides within reasonable commuting distance, as occasional travel to the client’s property portfolio across North-West London may be required.
This position is part-time, with the total weekly hours to be discussed during the interview, along with a competitive salary.
