The Opportunity

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and growing market share? Join our Ready-Mix team at Holcim, where you’ll take ownership of a key sales territory spanning Brighton, Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and the South Coast.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a successful sales strategy that supports our long-term growth in the region.

Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering on ambitious sales targets, driving margin performance, and strengthening Holcim’s presence in the Ready-Mix market.

What you'll be doing

  • You’ll be out there building genuine relationships with our customers, spotting opportunities, and turning leads into long-term partnerships that deliver real value.
  • You’ll promote our full range of Ready-Mix products and solutions, making sure customers get exactly what they need – and more.
  • You’ll also get involved in targeted sales and marketing campaigns, helping to generate interest and drive growth across your patch.
  • Internally, you’ll work closely with our operations, credit, and sales support teams to make sure everything runs smoothly for your customers
  • You’ll keep your records accurate, handle any issues quickly and professionally, and always look for ways we can do things better.
