The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships across the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem. You'll build, grow, and manage relationships with key partners, including 3PLs, carriers, and e-commerce brands. You'll focus on lead generation, pipeline development, and joint go-to-market strategies to scale Our Client's footprint internationally.

This is a senior-level role, ideal for someone with deep logistics experience, strong business development skills, and a passion for building and nurturing high-impact partnerships in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

  1. Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with 3PLs, carriers, and e-commerce brands
  2. Drive business development efforts to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential partners
  3. Develop and own partner relationship strategies, including onboarding, enablement, and joint growth initiatives
  4. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align partnership goals with company objectives
  5. Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive revenue and market expansion
  6. Analyse market trends and customer pain points to inform partnership strategies and value propositions
  7. Represent Our Client at key industry events, conferences, and meetings
  8. Develop and maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance metrics

You'll Thrive If You Have

  1. 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor relationship management within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries
  2. Deep understanding of cross-border shipping, international logistics solutions, and the 3PL ecosystem
  3. Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex partnership deals
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  5. Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with cross-functional teams
  7. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation

Requirements

  1. University degree level or equivalent; Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain-related degree preferred
  2. Fluent spoken and written English
  3. Permission to work in the UK and travel across Europe and North America as needed
  4. Valid driving licence for travel flexibility
  5. Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills for reporting and analysis
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or travel for conferences/meetings
  7. Highly motivated, self-driven, and customer-obsessed
  8. Organised, disciplined, and an excellent team player
  9. Passionate about logistics, e-commerce, and building lasting partnerships
