About The Role

As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will own and execute our partnerships strategy, leading the development of the partnerships function and shaping how partnerships drive business growth by unlocking new routes to market and accelerating customer acquisition.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a key business function from the ground up, transforming it into a high-impact area that directly drives growth. If you are commercially minded, proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, you will have the chance to take ownership and make a significant impact. You will report to the Head of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Partnerships Strategy: Develop and implement a high-impact strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Leverage Partnerships as a Growth Channel: Use partnerships to reach new audiences and accelerate growth.
  • Drive Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure partnerships through outreach, networking, and events.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Structure valuable partnership agreements and build scalable collaborations.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners from outreach to deal closure.
  • Execute with Impact: Coordinate partnership activities, troubleshoot, and find creative solutions to achieve results.
  • Optimize Performance: Track, measure, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, sales, finance, tech, and product teams to develop partnership propositions.
  • People Management: Lead and mentor a team of junior colleagues.

  • Proven Experience: Track record of managing commercial partnerships and delivering results.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to shape and evolve partnership strategies to maximize impact.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation and influencing skills, engaging at senior levels.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and set KPIs.

  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating contracts with partners.
  • Data & Analysis: Skilled in analyzing data and communicating insights.
