About the Role

As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will own and execute our partnerships strategy, leading the development of the partnerships function and shaping how partnerships drive business growth—by unlocking new routes to market and accelerating customer acquisition.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a key business function from scratch—transforming it into a high-impact area that directly fuels growth. If you’re commercially minded, proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will have the chance to make a significant impact. You will report to the Head of Commercial.

As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Partnerships Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy aligned with business goals that delivers measurable results.
  • Leverage Partnerships as a Growth Channel: Use partnerships as a scalable, cost-effective method to reach new customer segments and grow.
  • Drive Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure valuable partnerships through outreach, networking, and events.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Structure mutually beneficial partnerships and foster scalable collaborations.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, ensuring smooth progression from outreach to deal closure.
  • Execute with Impact: Take hands-on responsibility for partnership activities, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving to achieve results.
  • Optimize Performance: Track, measure, and refine partnership strategies to maximize commercial impact.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, sales, finance, tech, and product teams to craft compelling partnership propositions.
  • People Management: Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing commercial partnerships with tangible results.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to shape and evolve scalable partnership strategies to enhance impact and customer acquisition.
  • Results-Driven & Fast Paced: Focused on high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-On: Ownership mindset; willing to engage directly in partnership activities.
