Job description

Are you ready to unleash your full potential? We’re looking for people who are passionate about payments to chart Worldpay’s path to being the largest and most-loved payments company in the world. As a Digital Partnership Manager, you'll own an existing portfolio of partners, growing those partnerships while also securing new partnerships.

What you will be doing
  • Maintain and develop relationships with enterprise ecommerce partners in the online digital sector, leverage these relationships to drive revenue generation
  • Build out partner ecosystem including system integrators and consultancies for key technology platform partners
  • Work closely with these partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, implement strategies to drive referrals, and ensure successful partnerships that benefit both parties
  • Focuses on initiatives including and not limited to partner management, partner identification and onboarding, referral generation, revenue growth, reporting and analysis
  • Ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of partner accounts.
  • Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
  • Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Works toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the partners to senior leaders.
  • Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential partnerships
  • Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the partnerships
  • Monitors competitor activity in partners and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.

What you bring:

  • Strong background in eCommerce payments preferably in the enterprise digital space
  • High commercial acumen with experience in partner management, relationship management or enterprise sales
  • An existing network in the enterprise digital partner space
  • Experience driving commercial opportunities leveraging existing digital partners and building out partner ecosystem in the digital vertical
  • A focus on EMEA expansion but will drive global opportunities
