Join us in creating opportunities that help young people thrive! We re looking for an enthusiastic Youth Worker to support and empower young people aged 10 - 16. This role focuses on social education, mentoring, and engagement through a variety of activities, ensuring young people feel supported, included, and inspired.

Job title: Youth Worker

Location: Chantry Academy

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday between 14:00 - 20:00 (30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) - Flexible working patterns/hours can be discussed during the interview.

Salary: ALT Grade G points : £30,060 - £33,366 FTE; £24,372.97 - £27,053.51 Annually Actual

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
• A positive, energetic, and proactive approach to engaging young people.
