Looking for an experienced SEND LSA / Support Worker / Youth Worker / Care Assistant

• Do you have 5+ years of significant experience with challenging behaviour?
• Have you supported individuals with challenging autism?
• Do you love working with children with special needs and helping them reach their potential?
• Are you energetic, versatile, and adaptable?

This school supports children with Autism and challenging behaviours, including ASD, severe learning difficulties, ADHD, GDD, and SEMH.

What you will be doing:

• Working five days a week, providing 1:1 support
• Developing your skills as an LSA
• Building strong relationships with children
• This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Open to LSAs, TAs, support workers, healthcare assistants, and youth workers
