Looking for an Experienced SEND LSA / Support Worker / Youth Worker / Care Assistant

• Do you have 5+ years of significant challenging behaviour experience?
• Have you experienced supporting individuals with challenging autism?
• Do you love working with children with special needs and helping them reach their full potential?

This school supports children with Autism and significant challenging behaviours, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties, ADHD, Global Development Delay (GDD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH).

What you will be doing:

• Working 5 days a week within the school, providing ongoing 1:1 support
• Developing your skills as an LSA
• Building strong relationships and rapport with individual children
• This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
