Job Description

We are working with a residential children's home in Bradford seeking a Senior Residential Children Support Worker. The role offers £14.40 per hour plus bonuses, with sleep-ins paid at £50, up to 10 per month.

The home provides high-quality residential care for children and young people across two houses, including a 4-bed EBD facility.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the children's home sector, act as a role model, and be confident, articulate, and resilient. Experience working with children and young adults is essential, and candidates looking to step into a senior role are welcome.

Main Duties:

• Promote a positive and happy environment
• Improve the lives of children and young people in care
• Model relationship-based caregiving

Requirements:

• Previous residential childcare experience
