A leading company is seeking a support worker for children aged 5-16 in a residential setting in Leeds. This permanent position offers excellent benefits and opportunities for progression. Candidates should have relevant experience and qualifications, including NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. Flexibility in shifts is required, and immediate starts are available on a temp-to-perm basis.
Experience working with Children and Young People as a support worker.
This is a permanent position based in Leeds.
Rota and shifts available are:
Sleeps paid at £70. Waking nights are time and a third.
Pay scales – £12.21 – £13.22 depending on experience and qualifications.
Preferred Criteria:
This is a permanent position supporting children in a residential setting based in the area. A great company with excellent benefits and opportunities for progression.
Although permanent, we are also seeking candidates who can start immediately on a temp-to-perm basis. This would be full-time for the first 12 weeks, transitioning to a permanent contract from week 13.
Supporting children aged 5-16, you will help increase their independence skills and support them in various ways.
It is essential that you have experience working in a similar setting and preferably have completed NVQ3 in Children & Young People Workforce or a similar qualification in this sector.
