Job description

Help our customers' holidays get off to a fantastic start as one of our trusted Travel Money Advisors. Offering excellent service in our in-store Travel Money bureaus, you'll be part of our Winning Team — where you can truly make a difference.

As the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, you'll need to be confident in building good relationships with customers and providing friendly service that encourages repeat business.

Your main focus will be handling currency, so attention to detail is essential. You'll be supported by a close-knit team but will often run the bureau independently, requiring confidence in decision-making.

While a background in finance or cash handling is ideal, it’s not essential as we provide comprehensive training. What's important is that you enjoy helping people, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable working with large sums of money and figures.
