About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Advisor, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer support who is eager to develop their career in account management.

ConservAqua, obtained a government licence from the Home Secretary for a retail water licence (WSSL), offers a bespoke service that lowers consumption, reduces bills, and improves the environmental footprint of businesses.

Led by a team with extensive experience in the water industry and utilities sector, our simple, transparent, no-nonsense approach means we offer highly competitive pricing for water and sewerage services. Water efficiency is at the heart of our business, and we work with clients to develop strategic, efficient plans that utilize technology and innovation to reduce bills through decreased water usage, reduced effluent discharge, and surface water drainage management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  2. Telephone Communication: Handle client calls confidently and professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage client accounts, prepare reports, and communicate effectively.
  4. Email Management: Respond to and manage email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  5. Client Engagement: Generate rapport and build lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
