Job Title: Accounts Advisor

Location: Hybrid working from home and our Leatherhead office

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid working from home and Leatherhead office)

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Advisor, with opportunities for growth into an Account Manager role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer support who is eager to develop a career in account management.

ConservAqua, licensed by the government for retail water services (WSSL), offers bespoke solutions that reduce consumption, lower bills, and improve the environmental footprint of businesses. Led by a team with extensive experience in water and utilities sectors, we provide competitive water and sewerage services. Our focus is water efficiency, working with clients to develop strategic, innovative plans that leverage technology to reduce water usage, effluent discharge, and surface water drainage.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Telephone Communication: Handle client calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to manage accounts, prepare reports, and communicate effectively.
  • Email Management: Respond to email inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport and foster loyalty with clients.
