Business Sales Coordinator - Gravesend Kent

Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering excellent service and sales.

This position involves making outbound calls and working to KPIs, so prior experience in retail, recruitment, travel, property, or construction—especially in sales or customer-facing roles—is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively as part of an internal sales team
  • Coordinate closely with the Specification Manager
  • Deliver outstanding service to both new and existing customers
  • Help the team achieve order intake and sales conversion targets
  • Schedule quality appointments for the Specification Manager
  • Manage approximately 200+ live projects simultaneously
  • Generate new business and develop postcodes within your assigned geographical area
  • Handle a mix of outbound project calls and inbound customer enquiries
  • Meet call rate targets and maintain a high percentage of phone-based activity
  • Achieve strong conversion rates from quotes to orders
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Communications, Estimating, CAD, and Customer Service
  • Accurately maintain project notes and customer data in the CRM system
