Head of Marketing – Education / SaaS

Chester - once a month | Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 | Leading EdTech SaaS Company

Are you a commercially-minded Head of Marketing who knows the education landscape and wants to build something brilliant? This could be your next move.

We’re are working with a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company that is transforming how schools and multi-academy trusts manage compliance, estates, and training.

Their award-winning platform is trusted across the UK education sector, and now they’re looking for a Head of Marketing to take their strategy, messaging, and growth to the next level.

This is a strategic but hands-on role – perfect for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants to drive real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Report to the COO
  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy targeting schools and MATs
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Managing teams internally and externally to deliver
  • Lead messaging, brand positioning, content, and campaign delivery
  • Manage and optimise the CRM (HubSpot) to support pipeline generation
  • Oversee the website, SEO, and digital strategy to drive leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver results
  • Track performance and report on ROI, continuously improving as you go

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in EdTech and/or marketing to schools
  • Strong skills in HubSpot CRM, automation, and reporting
  • Confident campaign manager with experience from strategy to execution
  • A creative thinker who’s also highly organised and data-driven
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, ego-free attitude and passion for education
  • Knowledge of managing + optimising marketing budgets between £200-£500k
  • experience reporting to board, managing internal and external teams
