Responsibilities of a Keyholder/Supervisor:

• Be responsible for opening and securely closing the building
• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team and helping run the shifts
• Build rapport and be a point of contact for team members, both back and front of house
• Obsessed with customer service and delighting each and every guest
• Work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment where the floor is your stage!
