A leading catering company is seeking a General Manager for their operations at Charlton FC. The role involves overseeing a team, managing budgets, and ensuring high service standards for stadium catering. This position is ideal for experienced operators in a high-volume environment.

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join us at Charlton FC. This role is ideal for an experienced GM within Stadia or a strong Deputy eager for their first GM appointment. At Charlton, we are the exclusive caterer on site for both the stadium and training ground, managing 19 retail kiosks and 800 hospitality covers on match days, with the stadium hosting 27,500 fans on sellout days and an average of 15,000 attendees per game.
Location: SE7 8BL
Rate of pay: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + benefits + bonus
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 shift pattern
