Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle

We are currently recruiting for a Franchise Manager to join us at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle.

We offer a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car and benefits.

As part of our team, you'll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, offering customers a premium experience. You'll receive full training and onboarding to help you succeed and maximize your earnings. As a Sales Manager, you'll guide customers through a seamless buying experience from initial contact to final handshake and beyond.

Our Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process, supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will provide coaching, management, and customer interaction, with a focus on first and second-facing activities.

You will support your team in selling new vehicles, add-on products, finance, and insurance, ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales while maintaining high ethical standards.

We seek a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the motor industry. Experience with electric vehicles is a plus.

You should demonstrate your ability to increase sales, profitability, and efficiency, with strong leadership and people management skills to lead your team towards business objectives.
