We currently have an opportunity for a Demand Performance Manager to join our Water Resources team in Exeter or Bristol. This role involves supporting demand reduction targets by reviewing benefits and optimizing strategies across the South West Water, Bristol Water, Bournemouth Water, and Isles of Scilly regions.
The Demand Team develops and reviews strategies for demand reductions as outlined in the Environment Act, including leakage and per capita consumption. They set targets approved by the Executive and deliverables signed off by SWWBB teams. The team provides technical leadership, strategy, and monitoring for demand management over short, medium, and long-term horizons, playing a critical internal educational role on demand planning and delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and recommending adjustments to meet demand targets.
Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 per year.
