Job Description:

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - Client Services, Trade FMCG

  • Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 plus great benefits
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
  • Experience delivering end-to-end client services for trade FMCG clients is essential

Premier Resourcing has partnered with an award-winning integrated agency in London, specializing in trade marketing campaigns for FMCG brands. This is a brand new role and the first hire in their client services division.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for industry-leading clients and will project manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, including: strategic campaign creation, experiential marketing, POS, production, ATL, shoot management, print, advertising, brand activation, content creation, field sales tools, proposals, pitch management, social media, and digital marketing.

You should have experience working directly with trade FMCG clients and be commercially aware to identify opportunities for new business growth. Experience in pitching for new business and working in grocery, wholesale, or convenience sectors is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with leading FMCG clients to deliver comprehensive B2B trade marketing and digital campaigns targeting retail, convenience, wholesale, and out-of-home channels.
  • Drive campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Utilize a broad range of marketing channels to ensure campaign success, including strategic planning, experiential marketing, POS, production, ATL, shoot management, print, advertising, brand activation, content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts and attract new clients.
  • Create pitch decks and pitch for new business.
  • Deliver high-quality campaigns with a focus on exceptional client care.
  • Understand communication touchpoints and how to utilize them to maximize customer engagement.
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end 360 multichannel campaigns for FMCG clients.
  • Exceptional client care skills.
  • Deep understanding of retail, convenience, wholesale, and out-of-home marketing channels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to create engaging integrated campaigns and get involved in delivery.
  • Experience delivering B2B experiential campaigns.
  • Confidence managing photo and video shoots, including content creation and editing.
  • Ability to produce quality POS and make brands stand out.
  • B2B experience in the trade sector (retail, convenience stores, grocery stores, wholesale).
  • Broad skill set covering production, brand activation, advertising, content creation, social media, creative, print, and digital advertising.
  • Project management skills with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, create decks, and pitch effectively.
