Trade Marketing Manager - Ocean Bottle

We've partnered with the exciting high-growth brand Ocean Bottle, as we search for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their impact-led team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Ocean Bottle on their sustainable journey, driving growth and supporting partners across B2B and Wholesale/Retail channels.

About Ocean Bottle:

Ocean Bottle aims to restore ocean health by funding plastic collection through product sales. They create award-winning reusable bottles and cups, each funding the collection of 1000 plastic bottles. To date, they've collected the equivalent of 1.8 billion plastic bottles.

They believe in collective action for sustainability and seek individuals passionate about reducing plastic impact and ocean health. A connection to the ocean and a drive to make a difference are valued.

Role Responsibilities:

As we scale, we're seeking a strategic, hands-on Trade Marketing Manager to drive growth and support partners. Responsibilities include:

• Driving B2B lead pipeline and ROI-focused marketing
• Owning wholesale/retail marketing channels, including co-marketing plans and POS presence
• Providing sales tools and collateral, ensuring alignment between Sales and Marketing
• Developing lead generation strategies with senior management
• Supporting event and campaign initiatives to engage B2B audiences
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing effectiveness and KPIs
• Managing budgets to optimize investment

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years in retail/trade marketing with wholesale/B2B experience
• Proven B2B lead generation success, experience with CRM tools like Hubspot
• Experience activating brands at POS in retail and wholesale environments
• Strong skills in creating sales and marketing materials
• Management experience (at least 1 direct report)
• Event planning and execution experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday)

Desired Attributes:

• Ability to drive lead generation and improve B2B presence
• Capability to develop and track KPIs for marketing success
