A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator for their Enfield office. The role involves managing workflows, financial administration, and ensuring effective communication between management and staff. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, full-time Facilities Coordinator to join our team at the Enfield offices, supporting Wates FM in delivering first-class maintenance services. This role acts as a professional link between management and staff, ensuring effective help desk and financial administration.
We seek the right candidate with strong administration experience in a busy, client-driven environment, ideally with Facilities Management background and working knowledge of CAFM systems (elog systems). NVQ/SVQ in Customer Services Level 1-4 is preferred but not essential.
Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication, high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concept Evolution, and other IT systems, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
