We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the Lettings Support Centre in Cardiff. In this role, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

The main purpose of your role is to provide property management and tenancy administration support to branches, landlords, and tenants. You will coordinate with contractors to ensure repair and maintenance works are completed on time and to standard, and arrange statutory safety checks.
