I am partnering with a North West-based Housing Association to recruit a Business Change Manager who will lead change management initiatives across the organization.
With your expertise in Business Analysis and Change Management, you will have the freedom to shape processes, introduce best practices, and foster cultural change within this progressive Housing Association.
This is a newly created role offering the chance to build a new team, establish governance frameworks, and influence the delivery of change initiatives across the organization.
You will lead and support a team of Business Analysts, helping them to advance confidently and adopt new ways of working.
You will define how the business operates from project delivery to post-implementation benefits realization. Collaboration with Stakeholders and Programme Leads will be key as you support four major programs involving Salesforce Projects, Lettings, Repairs, and Process Improvements.
