What you will be doing;
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Projects Team as a Business Change Manager. In this role you'll be responsible for managing change within the business to achieve operational readiness and the successful adoption associated with our strategic projects and pipeline. In addition to this, you'll support in driving a consistent approach to change management and how we deliver change across the business. This will include working with subject matters experts and other stakeholders to ensure that change impact is understood, assessed, planned for, delivered, adopted and embedded to maximise benefits.
Reporting into our Operational Readiness and Engagement Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our Strategic Projects team in driving a consistent approach to change management, best practice and standards across the business. This includes incorporating learnings and innovation to support maximising benefits and future business growth opportunities and embedding a culture of embracing and adopting change.
