About The Role

As Sports Performance Manager in the Trading Operations Team, you’ll report on the performance of the UKI Sports product, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a customer-loved proposition.

This data-driven, improvement-focused role requires you to stay informed about innovations and changing customer behaviors.

In this role you will…

• Analyze customer data to uncover trends, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Monitor and report on performance, especially during key sporting events, spotting gaps and opportunities through market trend analysis.
• Communicate performance data effectively to all levels using visual aids and storytelling techniques.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels, building positive relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Coach and develop the team, fostering a data-driven culture and growth mindset.
