Aesthetic Nurse Software is a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) platform in the medical aesthetics industry, supporting over 2,500 clinics run by nurses, doctors, and dentists. Our software provides everything aesthetic practitioners need to run their business—digital consent forms, secure patient notes, online bookings, payments, and marketing tools. We make life easier for small business owners, helping them thrive with an all-in-one solution.

We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow our customer base. If you're driven, personable, and love finding the right solution for new customers, this is your chance to make an impact in a booming industry.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission is to increase our customer base and drive business growth. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, converting warm prospects into customers, and continuously identifying ways to optimise our sales process.

Key Responsibilities;

·Generate new leads through targeted outreach and referrals

·Qualify potential customers, ensuring we’re a great fit for their needs

·Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels

·Schedule and conduct 1:1 demos via video calls, focusing on closing sales

·Manage a pipeline of leads, prioritising warm opportunities

·Take ownership of relationships and increase sign-up conversions to meet monthly and quarterly targets

·Keep detailed records in our CRM (Monday.com) to track progress and insights

·Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimise the sales funnel

·Identify ways to improve the sales process to increase conversion rates

Your goal? Turn more leads into long-term customers while building strong relationships with aesthetic practitioners.

What We’re Looking For

·Someone that enjoys building relationships and can establish rapport quickly

·An excellent listener, understanding customer pain points and offering tailored solutions

·Highly organised, able to manage and nurture leads at different stages

·You are driven to exceed targets, always looking for ways to improve results

·Can confidently handle objections and turn hesitations into sales

·Tech-savvy and can quickly become a product expert

·Can translate software features into real business benefits for customers

Experience

  • 2+ years in a sales role
  • Proven experience managing a pipeline and hitting targets
  • Experience in a SaaS company (desirable)
  • Experience in the aesthetics, health, or beauty industry (desirable but not essential).
