Role Summary

As our SDR, Mid-Market, you'll be instrumental in expanding into new accounts and building relationships across all levels of our target segments. Your daily activities will include collaborating with the sales team, researching markets, qualifying leads, and supporting onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating leads and opportunities.
  • Learn from experienced sales professionals and contribute to our sales playbook and tech stack.
  • Educate leads via calls, emails, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Understand lead generation processes and support marketing activities.
  • Create email sequences, perform cold calls, and schedule meetings.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years in sales development or similar outbound sales roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, eager to learn.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
  • Excellent written communication skills for email campaigns.
  • Adaptability and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in HR, Fintech, or startup environments is preferred.
