Job Title: Payroll Specialist / Manager

Location: Crawley

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Part Time (Flexible hours between 8am - 6pm with 2-3 days a week in the office)

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately for the UK and international teams, meeting all deadlines.

  • Payroll Tasks: Manage payroll functions, healthcare benefits, and calculate commissions on perm and contract billings.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with finance and management accountants to improve payroll processes and ensure seamless communication.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll administration.
