Office Angels are on the lookout for a detail-driven Payroll Specialist / Manager who thrives in a fast-paced yet flexible environment. You'll play a key role in our finance team, managing payroll for both our clients UK and international team and making sure everything runs smoothly, accurately and on time.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running payroll for staff across multiple offices and countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborating with third-party payroll providers to stay compliant with local laws and regulations
- Managing various payroll functions including healthcare benefits and commission calculations
- Working closely with the finance and accounting teams to maintain clear communication and efficient processes
- Identifying ways to streamline and improve payroll systems and practices
- Supporting future growth by potentially mentoring a Payroll Assistant as the team expands
