Job description

Formula 1 encompasses a wide range of disciplines across various industry sectors, drawing top talent from teams of technicians, engineers, and media rights specialists. It fosters creativity in digital and traditional media, marketing, and communications. From timekeeping to software development, broadcast engineering, and content creation, we consider ourselves the 11th F1 team.

We are seeking a Manager, Service Delivery, Hospitality for our Experiences and Hospitality team, based at our St James Market Office in London. Are you ready to be part of the world’s greatest sport and entertainment spectacle?

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Act as F1’s hospitality operations event lead during race weekends, serving as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the Paddock Club and associated hospitality experiences.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to plan all F1 race weekends, including Experiences, Race Promotion, Partnerships, Motorsport, Circuit Engineering, Health & Safety, Media Engineering, Event Delivery, Media Rights, Marketing, and more.
  3. Hold regular meetings and provide updates to F1 departments to ensure clear understanding and execution of objectives.
  4. Work closely with DO & CO to plan and execute all requirements for Paddock Club operations and experiences, ensuring contractual obligations are met and world-class hospitality is delivered.
  5. Engage with external stakeholders through regular meetings and updates, including pre-event guest information.
  6. Support local promoters’ non-owned events to maintain global consistency in operational processes.
  7. Identify new revenue opportunities related to B2B Paddock Club experiences across the global race series.
  8. Maintain CRM with operational data and client activities.
  9. Coordinate with Commercial Sales & Finance to deliver events on time and within budget.
  10. Assist in enhancing the quality of premium products by reviewing customer journeys regularly.
  11. Collaborate with Experiences, Commercial, and Guest Services teams to provide excellent customer service.
  12. Provide race status reports to the Service Delivery Lead, Hospitality, and support data-driven insights for strategic planning.
  13. Improve operational systems and stay updated on industry best practices.
  14. Support the Hospitality Team in achieving departmental goals.
About You:
  • Extensive experience in Operations or similar roles.
  • Experience in the Live Events industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver premium hospitality experiences and manage event logistics for high-value brands and clients.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and earn respect.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Full UK/EU Driving License.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
