Job description

Elevation Recruitment Group HR is excited to be working on a new role with a non-profit organization in Nottingham, seeking a People and Culture Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing coaching and support to managers on HR practices with effective advice.
2. Managing grievance and disciplinary caseloads.
3. Participating in the Staff Engagement Group and implementing wellbeing initiatives.
4. Supporting the implementation of employee surveys.
5. Overseeing Family Friendly policies, including maternity, paternity, and compassionate leave.
6. Assisting in transformation projects within the organization.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in ER case management and a strong understanding of employee relations.
