Job Description

Our client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in London, with a strong reputation built over more than 25 years of successful operations. Due to ongoing growth and sustained success within the business, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Sales Manager to join their team.

The Contracts Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance contracts, including new sales and renewals. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely creation of quotes and contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth processing and invoicing.

The Contracts Sales Manager will work across London, with all work inside the M25. The position offers a hybrid work model from the company's office in SW London.

The Contracts Sales Manager will drive new maintenance contract sales, manage renewals, and maintain strong client relationships. Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract management, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance contracts and industry practices.
  • Technical awareness of Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC disciplines.
  • Experience in winning and managing service and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Job Logic or similar field management software.
