The Contracts Sales Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance contracts, including new sales and renewals. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely quotes and contracts, and collaborating with various departments for smooth processing and invoicing.
The role covers all work inside the M25, based in SW London with a hybrid work arrangement from the company's office.
The Contracts Sales Manager will focus on driving new maintenance contract sales, managing renewals, and maintaining client relationships. Key duties involve preparing quotes, coordinating invoicing with accounts, managing subcontractor costs, and ensuring accurate contract documentation using Job Logic.
