We are seeking a Cleaning Area Manager to oversee and monitor 16 retail sites across Doncaster, Sheffield, and Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate is currently in a similar role or ready to advance from a cleaning supervisor position. Experience in a similar environment is essential.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring work complies with company policies, procedures, and legislation.
2. Maintaining contract retention targets.
3. Adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting quarterly audits, and monthly site inspections.
4. Recruiting and selecting employees.
5. Training, developing, and onboarding staff.
6. Motivating a competent workforce.
7. Controlling operational costs and overheads to ensure profitability.
8. Implementing cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
9. Planning and organizing operational activities and work schedules.
10. Managing client escalations.
