Role Overview
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share of the Coloplast wound care portfolio, focusing on key products. Your efforts will span both community and acute sectors, where you will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and a wide range of stakeholders both internally and across the NHS. In collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and other key stakeholders, you will execute strategic business plans, ensuring regular business review meetings are conducted to drive effectiveness and ensure action follow-up. A critical part of your role will be staying ahead of competitor activities, responding swiftly to maintain Coloplast’s market leadership. Additionally, you will ensure accurate administration through tools like Salesforce.com, while developing a comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and the priorities of healthcare providers and Integrated Care Systems within your territory.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in sales gained within the medical consumables and/or device sector, primarily selling to Nurses within the community and acute setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a disciplined approach to achieving and exceeding targets. You should possess sharp business acumen, with the ability to communicate data clearly and make impactful decisions.
